It won’t cause any damage but it will need to destroy the Entropic Shards that are hidden around Europa.

How to Get Destiny 2 Salvation’s Grip Quickly Guide
  1. Completion of the Beyond Light campaign
  2. Talk to Drifter in Tower for The Stasis Prototype quest.
  3. Take down the Servitors and Captains of Europa
  4. Completion of an Empire Hunt
  5. Stasis can defeat your enemies
  6. Completion of the Concealed Void Loss Sector
  7. Complete the Stealing Stasis Mission

How to start the quest

You must complete the Beyond Light campaign to be eligible for the Salvation’s Grip quest.

After you’ve completed the Beyond Light campaign you can speak to Drifter, and he will give your The Stasis Prototype quest.

Wich is the search for Salvation’s Grip.

Step 1: Disable Captains and Servitors

This step requires you to defeat Fallen captains and Servitors of Europa in order to collect intel.

To complete this step quickly, you can either go to Cadmus Hill or to the Concealed Vot Lost Sector of Asterion Abyss.

Important Tip:

The next step is to complete the Empire Hunt. To do this, you will need all the Quests from Variks.

If you don’t have the time, you can speak to Variks and ask for help with the ” claiming Europa“, and ” Empire’s Fall” quests.

You will also defeat the Fallen Servitors and Captains through these quests. However, you will still need to complete them to earn the Salvation’s Grip quest.

You will now be able to complete the step and Variks quests in order to unlock the Empire Hunt.

Step 2: Finish an Empire Hunt

This step requires you to complete an Empire Hunt. These are the new missions by Variks.

You will need to complete these questlines in order to unlock the Empire Hunts.

  1. Reclaiming Europa
  2. Empire’s Fall
  3. The Dark Priestess

Visit Variks after you have completed the campaign and he will give the first questline.

After you’ve completed all of the quests, you can unlock the Empire Hunt.

Please note that “The Dark Priestess” is the end of step 1. If you’ve already completed step 1, it will count as step 2.

If you have already completed Variks quests, you can buy an Empire Hunt directly from Variks. You will need Herealways pieces.

Step 3: Take on your enemies with Stasis

Once you have completed the Empire Hunt step, you will need to defeat enemies using your Stasis abilities.

With your Stasis subclass, you can only explore Europa for Patrols, Public Events, and Lost Sector.

This step can also be used to complete the Sabotage missions by Variks.

Step 4: Complete the Concealed Void Loss Sector

This step will require you to meet with an Fallen associate from Spider in Concealed Void Lost Sector.

You must complete the Concealed Voyage Lost Sector as normal, kill all enemies, and loot your chest.

After you have defeated all enemies, the barrier behind your chest will fall and reveal the Spider’s associate near the terminal.

Talk to him, and you’ll receive the Skiff codes. This will complete this step.

Step 5: Talk with the Drifter

To unlock Salvation’s grip, travel to the Tower to speak to the Drifter.

He will provide you with the Stasis containment device that can safely contain Stasis.

Step 6: Complete the Stealing Stasis mission

Near Variks, travel to Europa to begin the Stealing Stasis mission.

The Exotic weapon will be acquired in the mission. If you don’t need it to level up, then you might want to wait to get one.

It is quite simple:

  1. Smash the Ether tanks;
  2. Locate the weapon;
  3. Hack terminals to disable the shield;
  4. Escape and Steal the Weapon

To lower your shields, defeat the Servitor in the final area. Then, shoot the Ether tanks at the generators to destroy them.

You will then be able to defeat the Boss, and your mission will be complete.

Step 7: Talk with the Drifter Again

After you’ve completed the Stealing Stasis mission complete the quest Salvation’s Grip.

What does Salvations grip do?

Salvation’s grip isn’t the most effective weapon for dealing damage. However, it can be very useful in combat situations.

Its exotic perk makes it even more interesting.

The primary perk of this Exotic weapon is Cryocannon. This creates crystals that freeze everything it touches. With that, enemies can be frozen and then broken into pieces.

You may be wondering if this Exotic is worth unlocking. Salvation’s Grip can destroy the Entropic Shards. This weapon will allow you to complete quests and triumphs that are related to Stasis.
